We reward our staff for the effort and time they put into delivering quality cleaning services for our clients. Our starting pay rate is between $18 and $24 per hour, with pay occuring on a biweekly basis. We also provide incentives like tips. In addition, we offer a salary progression model, so you are guaranteed that your salary will always increase.

Flexible Work Schedule

We help you achieve a work-life balance by providing a flexible schedule that fits into your lifestyle. Our work shifts include day shifts (Mondays to Fridays) and weekends. You can work full-time or part-time, casually or permanently, when choosing us. You’ll also be able to set your own hours, so take a break when you need to and set yourself up for success!

Cleaning technicians are to establish rapport with our clients and perform cleaning duties within our residential clients’ residence. This will include surface cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning etc..

Yes that is correct. UrbanMop’s service area is Ottawa and Gatineau regions so the expectation is that you will be able to accommodate the travel.

We provide a convenient working system by letting you work anywhere in our service area though. You can choose to work in areas close to you, so you can travel less and enjoy the convenience that working in your neighbourhood brings.

We provide a seamless and systematic booking system to ensure that tracking your schedule and logistics are easy. We offer flexible schedules so you can work as much or as little as you want. You can simply update your availability in our application.

Our COVID-19 considerations during our hiring processes include:
